January - December: Halls: Mo 11 - 18, Tue - Sun 9 - 18 Tower: Mo 11 - 22, Tue - Sun 9 – 22 Sewerage: Mo-Sun 10-20 Barrier-free access

Barrier-free access to the Tower: barrier-free lift from the ground floor to the 3rd floor – followed with a separate lift to the City Hall Tower – an access platform is placed between both lifts.
